Dynamics 365 Remote Assist, a mixed reality application for Microsoft HoloLens, is licensed per user. It enables colleagues to collaborate during a video call using Microsoft Teams—a separate Microsoft product that provides videoconferencing, chat, calling, screen sharing, and other team collaboration tools. With the combination of Teams and Remote Assist, the expert can see everything that the Dynamics 365 Remote Assist user sees, and they can holographically draw and annotate together.
Note that Remote Assist users, such as frontline workers, field workers, or technicians, do not need a separate license for Microsoft Teams.
– For any D365 Remote Assist user, you need a Microsoft 365 subscription (Unless you already own one).
– Dynamics 365 Remote Assist does not offer dual-use rights for on-premises (server) deployment.
– There is no minimum number of users, but the maximum is 300 named users.
– The above price includes our processing fees (Select your M365 option below for detail).
